How To Use
Add one sachet to 200mL of cold water and mix vigorously with a whisk or fork, or shake in your Optifast shaker. Â Leave to stand for 5 minutes preferably in a refrigerator. Â Store covered in refrigerator (less than 4 degrees Celsius). Â Use within 24 hours.
